FRP Mocoat Fiberglass Ltd. recently assisted with a Federal project with Parks Canada in beautiful Banff, Alberta. This project was comprised of a below-ground, large volume fiberglass septic tank, followed by a System O: Next Generation of Advanced Enviro-Septic septic field.
The tank itself was a B-Series 3500 Imperial Gallon, 2 compartment septic tank with a custom bottom sump! It included 2 manways with secondary safety devices, and hinged, lockable lids to ensure ease of access and safety at the same time. This tank was installed in a secured compound adjacent to the campground’s public facilities.
Set slightly away from the public facilities, a System O: Advanced Enviro-Septic bed was installed. This system was designed to be suitable for approximately 850 Imperial Gallons of flow per day. As it was a moderate sized system, a low-pressure manifold was used to ensure that all rows of the system will receive equal flow.
This project was a great example of how FRP Mocoat can customize our products to suit the demands of most projects.
