FRP Mocoat teamed up with Alcro Electric to offer a complete turnkey package for lube oil skid shelters across multiple sites in northern Alberta. These buildings were all pre-assembled and tested in our yard in Calgary before being shipped to the site, where they were installed and put into service. All that was required at the site was to offload the buildings, anchor them, and run power from the site to the pre-installed and wired junction boxes.
The buildings themselves are made from fiberglass. Lightweight and durable, these buildings are pre-engineered to meet the wind and snow loads outlined in the International Building Code. Detailed reports and stamped drawings can be provided. They are insulated to a minimum of R12 and can be further insulated up to R20 to suit any climate.
